Managing Director

Responsibilities

• The right candidate will report to the board of directors through the chairman and be responsible  for the following duties among other:
• Formulation and implementation of policies needed in all aspects of the banking operation.
• Coordination and supervision of the head of department to ensure effective performance of their function.
• Organizing , planning and coordinating of the bank’s operation to meet the target set by the board of directors.
• Maintain good relationship with customers, correspondence bank and other external parties that interact with he banks.

Qualification and Experience

• The candidate we are looking for must possess.
• A minimum qualification of Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma in any social science.
• At least ten years experience in both universal bank and reputable microfinance bank.
• And Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, AIB and MBA.
