Job Description

Medecins Sans Frontieres France (MSFF) is an international Humanitarian non governmental Aid organization assisting the Federal Government of Nigeria in emergencies, disasters and the control of epidemics in different part of the country.

MSF is currently seeking for the following position for its nutritional project in Kazaure.

In collaboration with the State Ministry of Health, MSF will start a support to Therapeutic Feeding Centre in Kazure general hospital and develop a surveillance system based on a sentinel site around the treatment sites.

Medical Doctor

The person will be responsible for the medical aspects of the TNC.

Requirement

• Licensed medical doctor
• Experience in nutritional therapeutic rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft word and Excel.
• Ability to travel as the post  requires  frequent  travel.
• Familiarity with MSF practices and protocol is an advantage.

Requirement

• Masters in Public Health
• Medical or non-medical profile required.
• Experience in nutrition anthropometric survey is an added value.
• Computer literate in Excel and Word a must.
• Good communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to communicate in Hausa is an added advantage.
