Job Description
We are an investments and Property company operating within a leading indigenous entrepreneurial Group. As a result of ongoing restricting we seek to recruit suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill one vacant position for Estates Officer.
Estate Officers in Lagos and Ibadan
- Perform day-to-day inspection of the company’s properties within their functional areas and make prompt reports of findings for immediate actions.
- Ensure that Estate’s files and records are well kept for easy reference.
- Ensure strict monitoring of created leases so that renewals are not overdue.
- Ensure periodic updating of the letting schedule.
- Monitoring court cases relating to company’s properties.
- Liaise with the tax authorities and other relevant agencies to ensure the at justifiable company’s obligation are met promptly.
- Other duties as may be directed from time-to-time.
Qualification
The Ideal candidates will not be older than 35 years and hold a minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Estates Management with not less than five years post-qualification experience in a reputable Estates’ Firm, Property Company or a well structured organization.Candidates applying for either of the two locations must have very good knowledge of the road network of the cities.Basic Computer knowledge including the use of the internet for communication is mandatory.
