Job Description

A Real Estate Development Firm, in the business of Residential and Commercial Property Development with Head Office in Abuja is undergoing Strategic Repositioning. Consequently, pro-active egg-heads are required urgently to fill the under-listed positions.

Resident Managers (Abuja and Owerri)

Reporting to the Head, Operational and Service Management, the ideal candidate who shall not be more than 40 years should have a minimum of B.Arch or B.Eng in Civil Engineering.A postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Project management and membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage. Must have at least seven years post NYSC experience in Contract Administration, Contract Planning including production of Work Programmes and Specification Writing and must be proficient in the use of Autocad or Arkicad. The ideal candidate will manage the total construction of the Project for the Company.
