A trade/services company in Lagos requires the services of a suitably qualified individual to fill this role.
Overall Objective: To develop, lead, execute sales strategy. Provide direction for implementing sales strategy in all boutiques in order to achieve yearly set target. Champion Polo customers delight agenda through excellent customer service.
Achieve agreed national sales target (value and volume)
Provided scheduled periodic reports for management.
Establish monthly realistic sales objectives and action plans for each boutique and submit same to management
Implement Polo expansion plan, ensuring that the boutique location are aligned with the business expansion plan.
Review revenue position of each boutique, initiating new activities and activities to stimulate sales in each boutique.
Review the performance of the sales team to give them feedback, motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement new sales & marketing strategies and compile plans to drive long term growth
Ensure minimal debt level
Conflict management and resolution in all boutiques ensuring that all issues reach a logical conclusion in line with company policy and procedure.
Constructively supervise and handle all customer complaints related to the sales team in the interest of the company.
Ensure sales of the company products using organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and in buying products of the company to ensure revenue for the company.
Research and develop lists of potential customers
Drive customer satisfaction plans.
Sit in interviews to ensure the hiring of highly skilled sales personnel for your team.
Maintain and establish new and existing relationships with customers.
