Development of HR planning strategies in consideration of immediate and long-term staff requirement in terms of numbers and skills levels

Responsibility for management/ development of effective performance management policies compensation/benefits, incentives/rewards system and disciplinary procedure

Qualification

• Relevant University degree in Arts, Business Administration or the Social sciences
• Minimum of 8 years post graduation experience
• Proven track in strategic Human Resource management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
