We provide flight, hotel and airport pick-up services locally and internationally. The company needs young, dynamic, brilliant and customer-centric individual to join our team.


Job Summary
The objective of this role is to identify key markets and types of hotels and deals that would complement our product offerings and revenue growth. This will be achieved by maintaining accounts and giving sales presentations to management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Signing contracts with new hotels to optimize the hotel portfolio
  • Renegotiate current contracts to ensure competitive rates and conditions
  • Ensure contracts are in favour of the company and meet sales requirement
  • Ensuring inventory levels exceed demand
  • Conduct business trips to meet suppliers in person and build good relationships
  • Face to face or email/phone negotiations with hotels and negotiating rates
  • Overall responsibility for contracting terms and conditions, adhering to contract guidelines on the number of hotels and revenue goals
  • Ensure guidelines and processes are adhered to with regards to contract issuance, loading into systems, contents and validation
  • Assist and cooperate with team members and colleagues to solve destination/hotel specific issues
  • Provide timely and proper information about new suppliers and changes
  • Train staff where needed to improve competitiveness and quality
  • Very quick system update and information to other departments and outlets for relevant information (last minute deals, major fairs, etc.) and ensure follow-up
  • Anticipate upcoming challenges and provide alternative solutions
  • Negotiate allotments and free sales in order to increase competitiveness
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for payment related issues
  • Assist Finance in cases of hotel related invoice problems
  • Timely reporting of major issues to Management
  • Search for ways to improve the operational efficiency
  • Perform other assignments as required and help other departments when needed
  • Negotiating conditions such as cancellation policy
  • Ensuring that team members perform tasks that have been assigned to them


Qualification and Requirements
  • 5-6 years experience in hotel contracting and relationship management
  • Work experience in hotels, preferably international hotels
  • Experience in hotel revenue management
  • Good sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experienced in managing people
  • Focused on results; initiative, enthusiastic, self-disciplined and positive attitude
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
  • Strong knowledge of pricing
  • Able to work in a multi-task fast paced environment
