We are a client services consulting firm with focus on helping organizations and individuals develop customer retention strategies. Thus, we seek to recruit a suitable candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
- The company's sales and marketing activities, including product innovation, marketing and customer retention.
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies with a view to increasing the company's market share and profitability.
- Supervision of the formulation and implementation of the company's overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Managing and deepening customer relationship with existing and prospective customers in order to increase profitability, growth, increase in market share, and customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Coordinating the development of innovative product and service categories, as well as identifying new markets in order to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Marketing or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skill – both verbal and written
- Must be computer literate
